I made the change for England and Italy to d_mY but it still shows as m_d_Y when saving:

Is the issue occurring everywhere? Or, maybe are some dates displaying correctly?
Can you try to evaluate the custom_date_format field too?

Yes, it is happening everywhere, I also tried editing both custom date format fields and deleting the other two - it did not help. Thank you alfa24
