Thank you for the advice but I thought to get a custom message from elearning system to selected mails. Not like the messages in the elearning system.

Thank u very much. I have one more question. Can i import more then 10 accounts from CSV file?

It depends on server capabilities.
In any case, 10 is not a problem. I would venture saying 100 is not a problem too.
