I’m trying to insert image into survey and when in the description field, I click picture icon, then Browse button, I get ‘webpage cannot be found’ error message.
In the past, browse would take me to images I had stored in Docebo. Has anyone else experienced this?
Insert Image brings up Error Message
Re: Insert Image brings up Error Message
Hello,
have you checked if the website url (administration>settings) is correctly written and has the / at the end?
also, are the images .jpg?
finally: have you allowed all the file extensions you need in file upload whitelist?

Re: Insert Image brings up Error Message
okay - it appears when you go through and change all of your folders from "Docebocore" to "core" - the link is lost...
ideas on where this link might be? (what file?)

Hai Carol, when you ask the community for help please advice if you did any core change to your platform, otherwise it will be impossible for anybody here to really understand your problems and we all loose a lot of time.
Now, you can try doing a full text search on all the files. To do this online I think there is some specific command via SSH, or you can find several tools to do it on your local machine. Time ago I used this onehttp://www.digitalvolcano.co.uk/content/textcrawler, fore sure there are many others.
Let us know your findings, good luck!

The text crawler was a nice suggestion, thanks.
I was unable to find the proplem, so went into base.php in the root and changed all references back to original and now it works fine.
thanks.
