[FIXED] Javascript error on report publish

When clicking on the "v" icon in report management to publish a report you get a blank alert message and the report status doesn't change until you refresh the page.

The proble affects all the 4.0.x versions, to fix just upload and unzip the attached file overwriting the existing one.
