Actually I found the problem - I had accidentally removed "zip" from the file extensions allowed when I was removing some others I didn't want. Took me forever to figure it out, doh.

Had to put the fix in place for sl_upload() which worked for other files, however when I attempt to upload a scorm file, I get a 500 server error and nothing in the php error log. I'm running on php 7.1.33, is there a work around/fix that I can put in place for this? Max file upload size is set to ...
