I have a large bank of questions to add and I've not had success using GIFT import, and was wondering:
What other way can I add questions to the question bank through ftp or cpanel? (Importing spreadsheet or cut-and-paste)

No way to import questions form ftp or cpanel, it's a software funcion not just a file upload issue

As usual: in Forma we fixed several bugs and added some new options related to question bank, in version 1.2 we fixed also an issue with GIFT import, check the changelog.
Consider upgrading, at some point (soon) we will stop any support on Docebo.
