Are you sure you checked if you have all the necessary system requirements? If you're stuck at step 2, it means that you're missing something or your php version is not correct, for example.

As I said above, have you checked (yourself) if the enviroment you are installing Forma in meets the system requirements stated in the README.txt file? Php version etc.?
