I have a problem with Forma 2.4.2
I uploaded some SCORM modules (created in SCORM 1.2 and also 2004 4th Gen) but when I launch them on the platform I experience some tracking troubles.

Preamble: if I see the full module, the platform recognize it and marks the module with the green flag. However, even if I completed the full module (composed by 48 slides), every time I re open the module and I click on "Riprendere la presentazione dall'ultima slide vista" the platform bring me to slide 30 and if I try to go forward to slide 32 for example it tells me that I must see the full slide before proceeding to the next one.

I have this problem on 2 different platform

it doesn't seem a Forma problem. It seems something that has to do with your scorm. I don't know how you created it, but sometimes with Storyline for example you run into these problems if you changed your index and didn't reset it or if there is something wrong in the slide triggers. Impossible to say without a deep debug of your source file.

Sometimes these behaviours have been Scorm 1.2's fault, but since you are experiencing it also with Scorm 2004 - 4th edition - I would exclude it at this stage

If you get the same behaviour, you have a problem with your authoring software. If the SCORM will work as you expected, it maybe a Forma related issue.

Thank you all. I tried (as suggested by alfa24) to upload the package on scorm-clound and I experienced exactly the same issue.
So I assume that the problem is caused by the software I'm using for produce scorm files. I sent them anpther email, I will keep you updated

I made several tests to solve this problem.. but unfortunately without success.
I produced the files in the right format (2004 4th edition) and uploaded on Cloud Scorm. Result: no problems with tracking, if I close the module at slide 35, when I re-open it I start again from slide 35.

When I upload the same module on FORMA LMS 2.4.2 I have tracking problems... always the same, If I close the module at slide 35, when I reopen it I start again from slide 27... and I can't skip to slide 35 (even if I completed them before).

Is there a specific PHP settings which may cause this problem?

I'm using this setting right now
upload_max_filesize = 256M
post_max_size = 256M

Shall I include something else?

I'm sure PHP settings are not responsible for the issue.
