SMTP configuration

Hi,

We have issues in configuring SMTP. We use formalms 3.3.15.

For example, when a user has lost his password, he receives no email to reset it. And nothing is sent either to the lms support mailbox.

In attachment, you can see how we have configured the config.php file and the email settings.

I can suggest to activate db configuration and elevate smtp debug to investigate your issue.

Can you first tell me if we have well configured the config.php file and the email settings?

Just to be sure that we have applied the correct method of configuration.

I don't know where the process stops, as I'm not on your instance.
Neither I know if your params are correct and what kind of authentication your server is requesting.
An higher smtp debug level could help to investigate where the issue occurs.
