Document Management
Hello, Does Forma have any document management capabilities? Also, is there a way to embed PDFs and other similar documents, so that they are viewable without download? Finally, is there any integration between Forma and WordPress? In regards to the document management, we are attempting to add ...

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
I just verified that this solution worked for existing users, but new users still do not see the content without manually adding them as above.

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
Courses are all in “Available” or “Confirmed” status (not sure of the difference for the system). Enrollment policy is set to “Free”, subscriptions are “Open” and there are no dates set for any of the courses. However, I was just able to get my test account to display the courses just now, but I’m no ...

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
We've been using the same template since the beginning, and have only had these issues recently. Older users that have been on the system for a while can see all of the content. It appears to only be newer users, and since we moved classes and tried to assign students to lectures as a fix. We ...

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
Thanks for the suggestion. However, they are not completed, and this is happening to new students as well. Login and see "No content available" on main window.

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
Thanks for the information. We removed the assignments in the course materials themselves, and just made sure that the students are subscribed to the courses. However, I still have users that cannot see anything. They login, and the course list is blank, even though they are subscribed (Career shows ...

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
Thank you for your input. I don't mean editions. Lectures or course materials would probably be more accurate terminology. Students are subscribed to a course, but the course materials, or modules, inside of the course are not visible.

Re: Auto-Subscribing New Students
We are having a new issue with new user enrollments. We added our classes to the enrollment rules, and new students were getting auto enrolled. However, if a course has sub-courses beneath it, the students are only enrolled in the primary course, but not the sub-courses. We went back and manually ...
